Booking Agreement

By reserving with Hotel Sonamarg Glacier, you agree to these terms governing your stay and website use.

1. Reservations

• All bookings require valid payment details
• Guests must be 18+ to reserve rooms
• Prices are in INR and inclusive of GST

2. Cancellation Policy

• Standard Rate: Free cancellation 72 hours prior
• Non-Refundable Rate: No cancellations permitted
• No-shows: incur full stay charges

3. Hotel Policies

Our commitment to your comfort:

• Check-in: 2:00 PM | Check-out: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in/late checkout subject to availability
• Smoking prohibited in all rooms (₹2000 fine)
• Pets not allowed (service animals exempt)

4. Liability

Hotel Sonamarg Glacier is not responsible for:

• Lost/stolen valuables (use room safes)
• Transport delays affecting check-in
• Acts of nature (snowstorms, floods)

5. Disputes

Any disputes shall be governed by Indian law and resolved in Judiciary courts.
